- The Baker-Polito administration announced a comprehensive set of resources, known as the Eviction Diversion Initiative, earlier this month to support tenants and landlords as the eviction moratorium in Massachusetts expired on Oct. 17. The goal of this initiative is to keep tenants safely in their homes and to support the ongoing expenses of landlords. To learn more about available resources, please visit www.mass.gov/CovidHousingHelp, which features a list of frequently asked questions. Residents can also call 2-1-1, which features a language line and trained staff.
