Residents of the City of Pittsfield must complete the annual city census. If you did not receive a city census form at home, please click here for more information. It is important that each household complete the required information listed on the form, sign the form, and return it.

Census forms can be returned by mail to: City of Pittsfield, Registrar of Voters Office, 70 Allen Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 or can be hand delivered to the Registrar of Voters office, the City Clerk’s office (both located in City Hall), the Drop Box located in the back parking lot of City Hall, the Berkshire Athenaeum, or the Senior Center.
