Berkshire Athenaeum Offers Genealogy Classes for Beginners in May

For those interested in learning more about genealogy, the Berkshire Athenaeum, in conjunction with the Berkshire Family History Association, will offer beginner classes in May.

The first class will be on the topic “Introduction to Familysearch.org,” 10 a.m.-noon or 1-3 p.m. Thursday, May 5. On Thursday May 12, the class, “Introduction to Ancestry.com” will be held 10 a.m.-noon or 1-3 p.m. The classes will be led by library volunteers, Janet Rogge and Angela Rifkin, along with Vera Silva.
