City of Pittsfield Announces Enhanced Online Payment System Through New Partnership With Invoice Cloud

On February 1, 2014, the City of Pittsfield changed its online bill payment partner from MCC (Metropolitan Communications, LLC) to Invoice Cloud, Inc.  Customers who had a registered account with MCC are not automatically registered with Invoice Cloud and must register again.  Please call Invoice Cloud Customer Support at (877) 256-8330 and choose option #3 for registration assistance.

As with the City’s previous partner, customers can pay Real Estate Taxes, Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes, Personal Property Taxes and Water/Sewer Fees 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Customers will also continue to have the ability to order Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Marriage Certificates and Dog Licenses with the exception that registration is not required and those who have registered accounts with Invoice Cloud need not log in to place these orders.

Online customers will notice an enhanced online payment experience through the City’s new partnership with Invoice Cloud.  Customers will now have the ability to view and/or print their bills online and have the ability to enroll in Auto-Pay or Scheduled Payments.  Auto-Pay is an automated process which pays the balance in full each billing cycle at 2:00 am on the due date and Scheduled Payments are manually entered by the customer for the date and amount of their choice.  Furthermore, with the City’s new partner Invoice Cloud, registration is not required to make a one-time payment.
