RSVP Celebrates the 2016 Volunteer of the Year

Congratulations! The RSVP Volunteer of the Year for 2016 was awarded to Ms. Elizabeth (Betty) Ziter for her many hours of volunteering at a number of Stations.  Betty has been a volunteer since 2009 and has volunteered for many organizations like the American Cancer Society, Berkshire United Way, the City of Pittsfield Community Development Office Arbor Day Event, Downtown Inc. for the City of Pittsfield 250th Anniversary, Habitat for Humanity baking for the building crew and the RSVP Office as an Office Assistant.  She is a very dedicated volunteer who gives 110% all the time, and she has a wonderful personality and is always ready and willing to help.  Betty is indispensable and has supported RSVP for almost 7 years. She greets everyone who comes through the door at the RSVP Office with a smile and a kind word, her calm and humble attitude makes her a wonderful asset to RSVP.

Betty has acquired a lifetime total of 1,423 volunteer hours, and she plans to continue to do what she loves!
